Psychotic Disorders

Psychotic Disorders
Psychotic disorders are serious mental health conditions that affect how a person thinks, feels, and perceives reality. People may experience hallucinations (seeing or hearing things that aren't there) or delusions (strong beliefs that aren’t based in reality), which can make daily functioning difficult.
Psychotic disorders cause a disconnection from reality, often with hallucinations or delusions. These symptoms can impact thinking, emotions, and behavior.
